The basement is fully furnished with everything you need including nice bedroom furniture with a queen sized bed in the main bedroom, full sized bed in the second bedroom, 56" HDTV, couches, dining table, all kitchen pots/plates/silverware etc, towels, linens, and more. You are of course welcome to bring and use your own things. We do share the washer and dryer located in the basement. 

The house is on a 3 acre lot, most of which is wooded, and it has a large fenced-in back yard (great for dogs), in a very nice community in Forest, VA. The community has an outdoor pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas, a clubhouse, and walking trails that are only for the members and guests of the community.

The rent includes all utilities, high-speed internet, and DirecTV. The lease is set up on a month-to-month basis and pets are considered on a case-by-case basis for an extra fee.
